Trium3D printer "open" fan duct and spacer
thingiverse
Open fan duct for the Trium 3D printer: The goal is to aim airflow more aggressively at the nozzle exit, accelerating filament cooling significantly. A spacer is included to be added at the bottom of the fan for enhanced adhesion. Apparently, a Nozzle/Funnel style is beneficial for your prints: http://www.desiquintans.com/coolingtests http://www.desiquintans.com/coolingtests2 Since my CAD skills are restricted, this design combines various elements in a somewhat Frankenstein-esque manner; hopefully, it can be refined in the future!
