Trium3D printer fan duct and spacer

Trium3D printer fan duct and spacer

thingiverse

The design for the printer nozzle on the Trium 3D printer aimed to aggressively direct airflow towards the exit of the nozzle, thereby cooling filaments more quickly. A spacer has been included at the bottom of the fan to enhance adhesion. It appears that a Nozzle/Funnel style is beneficial for your prints: http://www.desiquintans.com/coolingtests and http://www.desiquintans.com/coolingtests2. Due to limited CAD abilities, this design is somewhat of a Frankenstein's monster, pieced together from various designs. It is hoped that it can be improved in the future!
