Tritton Ax Pro Plus headband
thingiverse
I'm experiencing issues with my Tritton AX Pro Plus headband, as it's broken down due to heavy use. Unfortunately, I've encountered difficulties in locating a replacement headband, which is quite frustrating. The new headband I came across has a design similar to the original one, but with a slightly more pronounced angle, and it functions perfectly well. My 3D slicer of choice is Cura, and when printing the headband, I typically set an angle of 30 degrees, use rafts extensively, and add supports wherever necessary. To assemble the headset properly, you'll need to print two separate files: Headband.stl and Enclosure.stl. It's essential to securely attach these components together using a strong bond, which can be achieved by applying heat sealant strategically, specifically at the PLA joints, and adding some additional glue for extra reinforcement.
