The Triton TRA-001 router paired with the Incra router table plate forms an outstanding woodworking combination, offering a cost-effective solution thanks to its integrated router lift within the Triton router. However, I encountered a problem when trying to adjust the router height: the height winder had trouble engaging with the router due to the lack of guidance through the hole in the router plate. To overcome this issue, an adapter can be attached to the underside of the Incra router plate using double stick carpet tape. This adapter consists of a 3D printed piece combined with a 2" copper tube (5/8" outer diameter and 3/64" wall thickness), which is easily bonded together using epoxy. By simplifying the 3D printing process, this design eliminates the need for printing complex overhangs.
