Triton router table plate insert and additional Bosch GTS10 XC plate
thingiverse
This is an insert plate for Triton routers (M0F001 & TRA001), designed to be changed into a table router. It can be used in the same way as other commercial products with any custom router table, but I've also created one specifically for my Bosch GTS10 saw template. It's designed to be CNC milled from stiff material like bakelite (also known as phenolic), but it would likely work just as well with plywood and some reinforcements. Bakelite is relatively easy to machine, so any CNC will do - even the cheapest Chinese ones. You can also use an aluminum plate, but I'm not sure if this will be any better than bakelite, and it will definitely cost much more. Perhaps it can also be 3D printed (though I haven't tested how stiff it would be), or printed with spare infill and filled with epoxy resin (this works great for CNC holders). Anyway, the bakelite plate I used for this project (34x26cm, 10mm thick) cost me about $11. Smaller, round inserts can easily be printed with any material.
