This part demands printing with 100% density solid. ABS material works perfectly well. If you've found this part useful, I'd love to hear from you. I had to file the bottom latch slightly to ensure smooth operation. You can also increase the total size by 0.5% and it will likely be a precise click fit. I designed this for a product sold in South Africa called Berda BS60, but it appears identical to the European brand Tristar SA-3051... Cheers to good printing! Chris B.
