This lightweight tricopter excels at FPV racing with its innovative design. One standout feature is the motors' tilt angle, angled 15 degrees forward. This clever design keeps the aircraft's body horizontal during translation, significantly reducing air resistance and placing the camera perfectly for optimal views: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yk7ZweJ4C7o To create this tricopter, specific components were chosen: - The Naze 32 controller (minus its pins) - A Hobbyking small 6 amp controler - Brushless motors with a 2300 kv rating - A Mobius action camera for immersive FPV footage - A 10g metal gear servo for rudder movement - Five-blade props (3 inches in diameter) - Silicone dampers to stabilize the aircraft during flight This entire design was crafted using PLA plastic without any support material. To build it, you'll need to remove some sections from the fuselage arms after printing has been completed.
