Tired of taking blurry photos with my phone, I decided to make a support for it and take better pictures of my designs. The phone's holder is made by sliding a piece that has a rectangular spring compression from filaflex, which I published on: https://www.youmagine.com/designs/muelle-rectangular This holds the phone in place. To prevent pressure from damaging the phone, I added some rubber stops made with filaflex, which also serve as an anti-slip function and hold it much better. It's designed for phones 70 mm wide. For narrower widths, you can scale down the flexible supports vertically to reduce space. The design should be considered a prototype that needs improvements. For example, when we tilt the phone, the center of gravity shifts forward and loses stability, so something needs to be thought of to keep the c.g. within the limited space. It could be done with counterweights or by allowing the legs to open more. Anyway, the design works perfectly for vertical positions or slight inclinations.
