Nowadays, I'm passionate about crafting practical items with a 3D printer. This time around, I designed and built a sturdy tripod connector specifically for my single-lens CCD camera, which tips the scales at approximately 820 grams. The result is a secure connection that holds its ground remarkably well, but to ensure maximum stability and safety, I still advise using a stainless-steel bolt or a commercial ball head whenever possible.
