Tripod mount for Insta360 or GoPro

I purchased a dive case for my Insta360 One R Dual Lens. The case came with a knob to attach a tripod mount but didn't come with a mount. I could just use the mount that came with the Insta360, but it is much more convenient to have a mount on each case. I looked as some already published on Thingiverse and tested one but found it not solid enough to be comfortable. My design adds fillets on the outside spades to make them stronger. This design has printed 1/4-20 threads to mount on the tripod. I added a little Gorilla Glue to the nut to keep it in the recess of the mount. The mount should work for GoPro cameras, too.
