Update [19/3/2020] This update is built upon Gavitka's remix of the updated original Modular Mounting System. This remix takes the clamp from the Modular Mounting System and modifies it to allow mounting on a tripod. A base has been added that can be attached to a tripod plate using a 1/4-20 screw or mounted onto an arca swiss type clamp. The threads are separated to ensure they can be printed with optimal orientation without support, resulting in strong and well-printed threads. Post-Printing Use acetone if printing with PLA or ABS (or super glue depending on the filament material) before inserting the thread part into the main part for a secure fit.
