I designed these for two key reasons. Firstly, to be able to set up in the house without worrying about scuffing the wood floor or any other surface. Since I utilized TPU, the feet won't slip either. Secondly, while I was at it, I thought I'd add some holes so that I can permanently mount the feet outside somewhere and simply slide the tripod into exactly the same place every time. I created them to match both the shape of the feet and the angle of the tripod. Clearly, you'll need three. The dimple always goes on the outside. Lastly, I printed mine with Cheetah TPU because it's strong yet flexible and has a softer "feel" than other filaments. As an added bonus, TPU also makes these caps a vibration dampener. It will work with any filament. No supports are needed. I used 10% infill.
