Just bloc of plastic with Hole for the bolt and Head bolt footprint for camrea mounting. Other side come with plastic fillet for tripod head.I suggest to put few point of glue ont bolt head to have fusion with the plastic block just in case of over tighting when monting on tripod. Without glue, the head of the bolt will not be able stay blocked just with the plastic fit and risk will not be able to un-mount.
