Also you can take a look at my Rat Rig V-core designs which I'll use to group my Rat Rig designs. ## Problems: I just could not make my bed work (I blame myself / my Chinese steppers) but weird stuff happened for me - I don't want to derail on those. Also I wanted to get rid of all bed leveling sensors. ## Requirements: 1. Use as little extra hardware as possible 2. Allow tolerance to belt loop sizes 3. Use one stepper for Z ## Proposed solution: Print: * 1x back_nut_mount * 3x KP08_608_Mount I spent around 30 minutes assembling it and another 30 to level my bed (hopefully the last time) ### Shopping list: 1. ~1200mm GT2 belt loop 2. ~100-600 GT2 belt loop (mine is 610mm - it matters only on where you want your stepper to be) 3. 6x M5 30mm bolts - for the Z bottom brackets 4. 6x M5 20mm bolts - for the Z bottom brackets (although I ended up not using the bolt holes that are not holding the KP08) 5. 6x M5 10mm bolts - for the back Z holder and top of the bottom holders 6. 3x KP08 7. 3x 608 bearings 8. 1x 40t GT2 pulley 8mm - for the back screw 9. 3x 20t GT2 pulley 8mm - for all of the screws 10. 1x 20t GT2 pulley 5mm - for the motor 11. 18x v-slot nuts (I had t-slot that fit) 12. (optionally) Since I'm using my [Rat Rig V-Core Small Footprint Titan Aero](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3600079) I had to buy 500mm T8 trapezoidal screws and cut them to 430mm > clearly the first requirement is not delivered - but it's not very expensive overall ### Assembly: #### KP08_608_Mount Push the 608 bearings in the KP08_608_Mount, put the KP08 in place and hold it with the M5 30mm bolts. Insert the lead screw through the 608 and insert the 20t pulley and belt loop before shoving the lead screw all the way to the KP08. That last part may require some practice as the 608 has to be parallel to the KP08 - it should not take more than 5 minutes from you to figure it out. The one KP08_608_Mount in the back also takes the 40t pulley. Make sure the belts are tight after the assembly (whenever you placed the parts). #### back_nut_mount There's nothing special about it
