I too, like many others, replaced my original bars with Cafe Racer Style Clip On bars, only to find the holes were exposed and didn't look great. So, I swiftly created a sketch in Fusion360. It fits perfectly and sits flush against the bike frame. A tight fit ensures you won't need any adhesive to secure it in place. Printed using PETG filament, I believe PLA would require a coat of paint due to its susceptibility to UV degradation.
