Triple Pocket Hole Jig Stand
thingiverse
Printed the triple pocket hole jig by 1976westy, then decided to turn it into a Kreg K4-style jig. Several subtle adjustments on the stand help align it with different thicknesses of lumber. To make this, you will need: * A few pieces of 1x4 wood * A toggle clamp (I use https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B004K60H08/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o04_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) * Wood screws * Glue * A saw After printing the stand, attach it to the wood base and adjust the position of the toggle clamp before securing it in place. If you plan to use it with a 1/2-inch thick board, consider chiseling out a 1/4-inch deep socket for the jig to fit lower than the board. I built a T-shaped base to support wider boards using lap joints and wood glue. For a compact design, a straight piece of 1x4 would suffice. The T-shaped base combines elements of Kreg K4 and K5 jigs. Now you can create pocket holes with ease.
