triple helix for the home printer
thingiverse
HenrySeg has crafted amazing 3D objects; I discovered one of his creations on YouTube and he even shared it on Thingiverse. However, this masterpiece wasn't designed for home printing, nor were the files to scale. I tackled this issue by scaling the components, splitting them into three separate files: box, box lid, and screw. This made it feasible to print at home. The printing process involved a layer height of 0.3mm, 100% fill, and printing speed of 100m/s with full supports. Interestingly, the box top was printed without any support.
