The triple helicoidal transporter is specifically designed for carrying small solid components such as chip wood or other similar items. Its operation relies on the principle of a screw, with the carrier receiving its load at the top and three helicoidal worms transporting the material to the next station. Initially, it was conceptualized with one motor reductor but performs better when equipped with three independent motors. This assembly consists of 1,333 parts including nuts, screws, bolts, and washers, marking a major accomplishment in my engineering endeavors. While the final product is commendable, there are still areas for improvement.
