triple gear Extruder with NEMA 14 (V2.0)
pinshape
Summary RepRap extruder with NEMA 14 step motor. It's super lightweight and ridiculously affordable to build. My actual step motor is only 25mm deep, which is super tiny, and I just print one job at a blistering 150m/s (Marlin config: 1881 steps per unit mm). You'll need: 3 bearings measuring 16x8x5 (Block/filament gripper) 2 bearings measuring 8x3x4 (middle gear) heat sink if using an extremely small motor, since mine starts skipping at a scorching 65 C and some nuts/bolts https://youtu.be/BVO7R3UbIoM Gear configuration copied from: Paste Extruder - 10 cc V2.1 - Extrudeuse à pâte by Shapescribe, published Dec 14, 2014 http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:591849
