Triple fan duct (2x40 + 1x30) - V3
thingiverse
**V3 of my triple fan duct** __Improvements__ 1. **Airflow is now flawless** (with Sunon MF40202VX-1000U-A99), I've tested with the "water test" and it propels water perfectly right under the nozzle, powerfully without backfire airflow. 2. The parts print easily and hold strong: Perimeters are 1.5mm and fixations are reinforced (three points). 3. No minor holes when sliced, everything is okay. 4. Ends are well-spaced with the nozzle and bed, so low risks of rubbing your piece during printing. 5. I discovered on V2 after several days that the ends began to melt on the nozzle because it was too close. This has now been fixed. __Conclusion__ Works perfectly with my setup (U30 with original 30x30 fan + two Sunon MF40202VX-1000U-A99), unless something comes up in the next weeks, I don't think I will modify it again. --- Beware: Depending on your X-axis endstop cover, it can touch the left fan... I've started designing it not to, but forgot about it during the process... I haven't tested it with my Alfawise U30's default endstop cover, but there is no problem with the alternative I'm using.
