Happy Easter! Today as I wrap up my Easter weekend, I'm also publishing the final parts of this massive project. Many of you have followed along over the past four months as I uploaded more than 100 separate files, but in reality, this project has been underway for almost exactly a year now. Last night, I finalized the last files for publication and printed out the final Bill of Materials. In total, including every single nut, bolt, washer, gasket, and square key, the final BOM contains an impressive 164 unique part numbers. The completed model is estimated to weigh in at a whopping 12,915 pounds, which translates to approximately 5,858 kilograms for our friends across the pond. At this point, I've lost count of how many hours I've invested into this project. This latest update includes all the parts necessary to complete the screw reversal portion of the model, as well as an unfinished set of drawings that feature a completed Bill of Materials in PDF format, designed to print on 11x17 paper. The BOM lists every single part and its corresponding quantity, although I'm sure I may have missed a few components along the way - excluding the hundreds of fasteners, that is. If you're brave enough to attempt printing this massive model, be prepared to compare it against the provided Bill of Materials to ensure everything is accounted for. If anything appears missing, simply message me with the part name and I'll happily add it as an additional update.
