Regarding my Mini Up printer from pp3dp, received on November 7th, I've encountered numerous issues. The platform was unlevelled up to 1.7mm and lacked a levelling mechanism. Despite multiple emails, pp3dp failed to address my concerns. Their manager, Joseph Guo, initially seemed helpful but eventually provided no direct answers. They advised me to use beta software for leveling, which didn't work on my computer and worsened the problem. My comments on their blog disappeared, and I fear my last one won't be published either. Sending the printer back would result in lost shipping costs and taxes, making it unfair. After spending my holiday modifying the platform, the printer still vibrates excessively and fails to produce decent prints. The Z zero point resets every initialization, requiring manual adjustment. The clips are weak, with two broken upon arrival. Delta Micro System is aware of these issues but continues selling the Mini anyway. I find it hard to believe positive reviews exist, and aim to inform others about pp3dp's deceptive practices through a web campaign.
