Sometimes in small and medium-sized moldmaking shops, especially in blow molding, we get a job where we have to machine several triple or double threaded collars. Even with a CNC the job can be cumbersome, sometimes the programming is not easy. But with this device you can easily cut as many necks as you need. It is just a matter of installing, machining, removing two screws and rotating the device which has its indexer for two and three positions.And start cutting again until you have rotated, two or three times, depending on the number of threads.
