Triple Amazon Dash Button Case

Triple Amazon Dash Button Case

After designing a single Amazon Dash button, I realized that I wanted three buttons next to each other and created a custom case for that. This design is now available! Please note that this version doesn't have icons cut into it like the ones shown in the photos. For a better idea, check out the rendered images. Later, I discovered that I could modify the original model to create a modular design that can be easily assembled on a computer for two or more Amazon Dash buttons. There are also printable single and double button versions available online. This case is designed to hold either the sticky pad included or a 1mm thick spacer/foam pad to keep it in place. The back relies solely on friction, as long as you don't remove and reattach it too many times. I left some extra space around the outside of the dash for shrinkage from different printers, so if it's not secured with double-sided tape or similar, it may rattle. It's perfect for sticking onto a wall next to whatever you want to control/order. At home, I use alternate versions that can hold multiple Dash buttons (see remixes) where I've cut an icon into the case for what it controls. These aren't used for ordering from Amazon but rather to communicate with a Raspberry Pi listening for broadcasts when connected to my network! I created this design in Solidworks and included the files as well as STLs for printing. The case is 3.2mm thick, which I found necessary because any thinner would cause the inside and outside walls of the dash to separate on my printer with its 0.4mm nozzle.
