That said, this is just a triple A holder I use for my rechargeables to keep track of which ones are good and which are dead. This was one of my first dual extrusion designs and prints, so that explains the amount of black that bled into the red. I've also included the sketchup file if you'd like to edit it. I have scaled the model in sketchup to make 10.5mm holes which match a AAA battery. I have no need for it so I haven't printed and tested it myself, but had a comment about wanting one, so figured i'd post it. According to sketchup, it should be scaled perfectly... Print Settings Resolution .25 Infill 20 Notes For anyone using the flashforge creator pro and simplify3d, I use the following script to get much cleaner prints (now that I've learned from this color bleed lol). Adds more time as it lets one side cool down upon tool change, but it's worth it. I printed in abs, so if you're printing in pla you will have to adjust the temps.... Just go to process settings, scripts, tool change script and copy the following. ; Tool chance script start G1 X120 Y-70 F4000 ; Move out of the way while it stabilises active tool temp. {IF NEWTOOL=0}; RIGHT Extruder is active {IF NEWTOOL=0}M104 S160 T1; Cool inactive extruder to 160c (T1) {IF NEWTOOL=0}M104 S230 T0; Heat active extruder to 210c (T0). {IF NEWTOOL=0}M133 T0; Stabilise T0 temperature {IF NEWTOOL=1}; LEFT Extruder is active {IF NEWTOOL=1}M104 S160 T0; Cool inactive extruder to 160c (T0) {IF NEWTOOL=1}M104 S230 T1; Heat active extruder to 230c (T0). {IF NEWTOOL=1}M133 T1; Stabilise T1 temperature ; Tool chance script end
