Triple-40 Fan Shroud (E3D V6)

This is my version of the E3D V6 Fan Shroud by carlol. The simplicity and compact size of his design are perfect for a direct drive setup, but it was clear from the comments that many wanted to see a version designed for three 40mm fans. In all honesty, there was already one remix that achieved this, but I'm extremely particular about aesthetics, and that particular remix just didn't cut it for me, so I set out to create my own modification. The changes made to the E3D V6 Fan Shroud by carlol were the addition of mounts for 40mm fans and the opening up of the airflow path from the front hot-end fan to the hot-end. This allowed air to flow freely around the bottom section of the hot-end, unobstructed. The mounts I used were inspired by various 30mm to 40mm adapters, but I opted for a single-piece design instead, which eliminated the need for assembly. When it comes to print settings, you have complete control over what works best for you. However, if you choose to use the settings I've listed here, you'll find that the Triple-40 Shroud turns out lightweight and incredibly strong. My final print weighed in at 24 grams. To assemble everything, simply attach your fans using M3 screws, and you're ready to go. Happy printing!
