I just want to set expectations super clearly. I had to do many test prints to get every joint fitting perfectly. Every printer and every material will be different, so expect to spend a lot of work to get the fit perfect. Even when printing with my usual material, two of the exact same object would have different tolerances just because at this scale it is so tight.I'm not even sure if this will print funcitonally on an FDM printer. I use an Elegoo Saturn resin printer. You mileage may vary, and this is definitely not a beginner project.That all being said, I'm super excited to see what people create using these files. I provide them free for my love of the craft and the community. I sell kits of my Halo customs on Etsy for some fairly good profit, but have decided to release this for free because I think the Sonic community skews younger. In return, please tag me in your work.
