This entry focuses on optimizing a Metropolis metro underframe's beam, keeping existing fixing methods intact. The goal is to reduce weight and components while ensuring ease of robotic welding. Two solutions are proposed with 3 or 5 supports; the former weighing 25.275 kg (consisting of 7 components) per beam, and the entire set at 75.825 kg.
