Here I had trouble getting PolyFlex to work for a print. It ended up going astray inside the extruder, shutting down the fan and causing the Kodama filament guide from their Essentials Kit to melt.\r\n\r\nSo I decided to create one from scratch with plenty of room left over so that wouldn't happen again, and printed it using Polymaker's PC-Plus (which pushed the temperature limits of the Trinus extruder).\r\n\r\nI added cooling channels on the bottom to make sure it will never melt under pressure. But what really matters is the way I designed the filament path - very narrow and restrictive so that flexible filament can't bend sideways and cause problems.
