After hundreds of hours of printing on the Trinus, I broke the extruder quick release arm so I designed this replacement using the bearing and screws from the original model without requiring any additional parts. This design was printed in ABS. Print Settings Printer Brand: Wanhao Printer: Wanhao Duplicator i3 V2 Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 40% Notes: PRINTED IN ABS How I Designed This Design Process I scanned the broken piece on a flatbed printer/scanner, imported the scan into Fusion360, traced the scan, extruded it, scaled to correct dimensions, sketched and extruded text, exported, printed in ABS, and installed it on the Trinus.
