Trinus E3Dv6 (Bowden) Precision Piezo

This is the first public version of my Trinus print head using an E3Dv6 (Bowden) with integrated Precision Piezo Z probe. The design style has been based on the Ormerod E3D Precision piezo by Dignitate, but due to the strange layout and offset of the Trinus print head, I started this design from scratch. There are four parts to the design: Back plate - designed to sit in the standard Trinus metal plate; Hotend and Universal PCB mount - two separate pieces; Hotend mount - the E3Dv6 universal heatsink slides into the slot beneath the piezo dome; and Universal PCB mount - this slides into the same slot as the universal heatsink, providing a solid 360-degree support for the heatsink. The PCB mount is held in place by two M3 screws. I used M3 button head hardware and tapped all the holes in the Hotend mount with M3 threads. I also put a strip of double-sided tape in the PCB tray to prevent the PCB from becoming dislodged. Uploaded 20mm piezo mount - note that this is untested, as I only have 27mm piezo elements.
