TrinityLabs voltage converter extrusion mount
thingiverse
This T-slot mount, compatible with MendelMax, secures the voltage converter beneath the bed surface. Measurements match Ultibot's design. Initially, it featured M4 holes; however, V3 STL files now support M5-10 screws, while V2.1 accommodates M5-12 screws. V2 updates relocated M3 holes and enhanced M5 hole size with washer space. V3 enhancements widened the extrusion mount for M5 screw installation post-converter and thickened the extrusion-side part to support M5-10 screws fitting. Mount the board using standoffs in M3 holes, then secure to T-slot with T-slot nuts and M5 screws. Reversing standoffs may be necessary for short M3 screws due to tight M3 holes. Optional nut fastening of standoffs is allowed. The voltage converter used is from TrinityLabs. Standoff mounts are assumed present.
