This adapter makes it possible to use inexpensive zip ties as a trimmer blade. It was designed for the "Güde Rasentrimmer 250/18 RT Set," but this type of blade is also used by other trimmer brands. If this solution works for you, please leave a comment or mention which trimmer model you're using. Update 1: After publication, I didn't own a trimmer, so the adapter was tested and it broke. I never imagined that there would be such strong forces at play. An update has been uploaded, but it hasn't been tested yet. It should be much better now. Update 2: Version 2 of the adapter has been tested and works as expected. However, version 3 is even stronger and will be tested soon. I recommend printing with Nylon, which is the original material used for the blade. So far, I've only printed them with ABS.
