This part enables you to space the rose away from the non-fire-rated door face. Non-Fire Rated Part: Do not use on labeled openings. Assuming you have a prep through the cladding (glass, for example), you can utilize this spacer to permit flush mounting of the trim rose to the glass. Position the knurled surface against the door and secure it in place with 2 wafer-headed screws. Additionally, order the proper length spindle and posts from Sargent to complete the installation. The spacer is designed to accept the factory configuration for the posts and spindle. This spacer is intended for 1 1/2" cladding on one side of the door. 8200 Sargent Line.
