This model of a Trilobite is crafted using 345 slices of CT Scan data in the .TIFF format. The subject was segmented into precise 0.04mm samples. My workflow involves Slicer3D, Meshlab, and Photoscan. The initial CT data was sourced from DigiMorph.org and scanned by the University of Texas Hi-Res X-ray CT Facility for the American Museum of Natural History.
