This Isotelus maximus trilobite fossil from Ohio was meticulously scanned in three dimensions at the Boonshoft Museum of Discovery using a Go!Scan 50. The resulting digital model, initially a single surface, required extrusion to become a fully viable representation. The museum catalog number for this specimen is G28348. Special thanks are due to the Dayton Society of Natural History for their permission to display it.
