This is a protective covering for the front hub of the trilex rims from darioc https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1456650 There are two versions available - one with integrated supports and one without (suitable for Resin Printers). The Volvo V logo on the cover only appears when printing at layer heights below 0.1mm. For easy removal of supports, try drilling into them carefully until they break away gently.
