I got my daughter a brand new Sun electric trike from Electric-Trike.com, and the power cord to the battery was a real challenge to disconnect, so I came up with this solution that makes a huge difference. The widest part of the plug measures 10.2 mm. Once it prints, flip one or the other piece over, and they'll fit snugly around the cord. Then, secure them together with two 1/2" x #4 machine screws. Print it at 100% solid infill because it's small and you'll be bolting it together. I want to emphasize that I'm not complaining - Electric-Trike.com is an excellent company, and they even customized the trike to be left-handed for my daughter!
