Update, Dec 30, 2019 I've finally got a working setup with a new modified Head Light mount that lets pedals clear and works great for me. Here is a link if you care to take a look. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4087130 This is an adapter post for 25 to 26mm tubing. It gives more room for mounting phone, computer and other accessories. I use this for my phone mount and head light assembly. This is an easy print that can be done with supports off of bedplate. I also use a brim to give enough surface area for the print to stick. I used a .6mm nozzle and 2.0mm shell. I used 20% infill which seems to be enough. I printed this with PETG, but I'm sure PLA would work as well. There are two STL files. The yellow one requires (in photo) requires the cap to be cut from the finished print. I did this to make printing simpler. The red side mount cap STL doesn't need any cut. UPDATE Dec 31,2019: I added a separate cap and straight piece files if someone wishes to print separate and not have to cut the original. The straight piece may require a support. I managed without on my printer however. I set these up to accept a 4mm screw to secure the cap to the other half. I drilled the hole slightly larger to accept the screw on one half and the 4mm screw will thread directly into the other half. This makes for a firm connection. No nut is needed.
