I modified Michelix's ingenious adapter design to fit my i3 Mega with a SKR 1.4 Turbo board. The installation was a snug challenge, and I might revisit the tolerances to achieve an even tighter fit. However, it works perfectly as is, providing a 2cm clearance around the Watterott oversized heat sinks, which also clear the original fan mount for optimal airflow. Additionally, there's extra space to accommodate StepStick protectors.
