Trigorilla Board (Anycubic) Stepper Driver Cooling
thingiverse
Drawn with Solvespace, original 3D files (*.slvs) included. No Support Material needed, each angle exceeds 45 degrees. The fan can be mounted using M3 screws/nuts. The print should pause after 4.6mm to insert the M3 nuts into the print; the hexagon will then be 2.8mm deep. With a layer height of 0.2mm, you must pause the printer after layer 23 (4.6mm / 0.2mm = 23). The M3 nut used to secure the fan duct to the PCB can be inserted during assembly. This design accommodates fans measuring 40x40mm with a maximum height of 25mm. I utilize a SUNON HA40201V4-000U-999 fan, connected to port fan1 on the PCB. The fan1 is enabled when the bed heater is activated (latest ANYCUBIC firmware version). I employ this fan duct to cool TMC2208 stepper drivers; my printer remains extremely silent with these drivers.
