Trigger for arcade machine joystick

Trigger for arcade machine joystick

I got my hands on a pair of Tron joysticks - one authentic from an original 1982 arcade cabinet and another reproduction shell that lacked a trigger. I snapped some photos, then used DesignSpark Mechanical to meticulously recreate the original trigger's design by tracing its every detail. Next, I fired up my Prusa i3 Mk3 printer and loaded in PETG filament - I only have transparent blue on hand, but this material should allow for crystal-clear printing with a 0.10mm layer height to capture all the intricate details. To ensure the trigger's transparency, I opted for full support and 100% infill, confident that it will print smoothly with various other plastics as well.
