Triforce Bracelet

Triforce Bracelet

thingiverse

I'm creating a simple slide-on bracelet with a triforce insert that fits my wrist snugly when I hold my arm straight out in front of me, palm down. My wrist measures about 60mm from left to right and 45mm top to bottom. You'll likely need to adjust the size up or down to fit your wrist comfortably. Scale the entire bracelet uniformly along all axes to keep the triforce insert triangular, don't forget to scale it too. The triforce is designed to snap perfectly into place; you may need to adjust its size if your printer's dimensions are slightly off. Print the bracelet at a layer height of 0.2mm or less with no infill for some flexibility and use two shell perimeters (I used a 0.4 nozzle). The triforce should be printed at 0.1mm layer height since it's curved to match the bracelet, and I printed it at 100% infill. I created this design using Hatchbox wood PLA and some random unbranded orange/yellow PLA; see the post-processing section for more information on how I stained the wood.
