My kid's tricycle wheel had gone flat, and I quickly spotted that the tire was a foam type, making it super easy to pop off from the rim. I figured out a way to design the rim itself and print it out. The process turned out to be surprisingly smooth sailing. Printed in PLA with 40% infill density and a layer height of 0.2mm
