Introducing a customizable tricopter motor mount, inspired by the RCExplorer design but with improved attachments and options. Compatible with 10mm or 15mm wide booms (tested on aluminum, suitable for wood or carbon as well), featuring standard 16-19mm motor mount holes. A 3mm axle, like carbon rod, works perfectly. The bottom half comes in two versions - choose according to your tricopter boom size; the top part remains the same. Print both parts, use support structures if needed. Smooth out contact surfaces for a snug fit with no horizontal play. Manually redrill holes and ensure free rotation without side-to-side movement. Secure servo horn in line with axle, attach servo, bolt motor, and fasten the construction on your tricopter. Adjust endpoints to avoid servo strain for seamless flight experience.
