Tricopter parts
thingiverse
A friend brought his tricopter, needing repairs, so I designed a yaw mechanism, motor mounts, and landing gear for it. All parts are compatible with 1/2 square dowels. The landing gear has 20% infill and one shell, while other components have 80% infill. For more details, refer to the instructions. Light sanding is necessary on the booms, and motor/servo mounts fit tightly; no screw holes are needed. However, you must drill holes for the tail servo mount's screws. Trim the yaw motor mount's tab and attach a ball link with a small hole. Mount it using a long M3 bolt (20-25mm), two bearings, and an M3 locknut. Place the nut inside a hole in the tail boom and assemble the parts accordingly. Don't forget to use a washer between the servo and yaw motor mounts! Good luck with your tricopter repairs!
