Motor Mount for Tricopter by Lucas Weakley. This replaces traditional plywood disks for mounting motors. Print both parts to ensure symmetrical alignment of wiring. Check out the Tricopter Kit on Lucasweakley.com for more information. A thin layer is intentionally designed into the top portion of the mount to facilitate printing with FFF technology. After completion, drill holes for motor shafts and screws. SCAD files are provided for modifying the design to fit unique tricopter arms. Simply print both parts in PLA with a 0.2 mm layer height and 50% infill density. Alternatively, decrease the infill percentage to reduce weight while maintaining structural integrity.
