Tricopter 15.5mm Support Block

I'm assembling the Tricopter with a Home Depot towel bar serving as arms. Initial concerns about crushing the tubes when tightening the bolts led me to create this spacer for added support within the tubes. A specially designed opening accommodates wires on either side of the bolt, while a lip protects the wires from damage by the tube's edge during arm folding. The spacer design helps secure the wires in place without restriction. Print Settings: Rafts: None Supports: Unnecessary Resolution: .2mm Infill: 40% Notes: I successfully printed it with the lip facing downwards, eliminating the need for additional supports.
