Trick Bolt Fidget (Now With Print Plate)

Build 1 of my "Fidget" series. I designed this to be half proof of being able to develop a proper screw and nut combo, and half making something fun to play with when I'm bored. I created the fidget by splitting the "Bolt" into two pieces so the nut can be screwed on before closing it up. I also added a small slot for a string or small keyring. The design's main purpose is to work as a portable play thing that helps relieve stress or makes time go by more quickly. Print one and see how addicting it can be. I'd love to see more "I made it" posts! The nut in the middle is slightly bigger than the outer sides, which gives it a great feel and an easier grip for one-handed use. There's just enough of a gap between the nut and bolt for smooth glide. It would still work with a small gap, but the idea is to have a calming effect. A tighter fit reduces the smooth feeling and requires much more hand muscle and control over fine motor skills. I added a single file print plate for easier downloading and printing!
