I employed a DXF someone else had crafted on another platform (which was intended for cutting out of wood). I simply scaled it so that the slots measured 2mm in SketchUp, and the only thing left to do was to transform the pieces into 2mm thickness, which was straightforward enough. The credit goes to someone else for their original work; I merely made a few adjustments. Using my Ultimaker 2 with PLA, I built mine. It's essential that your machine runs accurately or assembling this design will be frustrating due to pieces being too tight. Both files fit within a 200mm x 200mm build plate.
